BRANDT TO EXPAND LANDSCAPE AND HORTICULTURAL OFFERINGS

SPRINGFIELD, Illinois (February 13, 2012) – BRANDT, a leading manufacturer of agricultural specialty products, has entered into a new manufacturing and distribution agreement with FT Soluciones América, an affiliate of Spain-based Fertinyect S.A. Fertinyect S.A. was established in 1991 and is known for its patented tree injection system developed by University of Córdoba in Spain. This agreement will allow BRANDT to deliver pesticides, nutrients and bio-stimulants to trees through the patented FERTINYECT Low Pressure Trunk Injection (LPTI) system. Read More >

New Business Manager in Turkey: Emre Erbas

It is my pleasure to announce the hiring of Emre Erbas as Business Manager in Turkey, a territory that is handled by the Brandt Europe office in Paris, France. The addition of Emre will strengthen Brandt’s goals in expanding its marketing and sales effort in the country.

Managing Nematodes Without Nemacur

The widely used, industry-standard, chemical nematicide, fenamiphos – distributed by Bayer under the trade name Nemacur – completed its three-year phase out in Spring of 2007. The turf industry will have to manage nematode damage without this product.
